CONCURSO LO MEJOR DEL  MISS UNIVERSO 1952-2006

ENGLISH: Dear readers: Thank you very much for having taken part in this contest. BELLEZA VENEZOLANA received 2154 emails from all over the world. From them, 1912 people sent the full information requested and entered the contest (1003 from Venezuela and 909 from 64 different nations). On saturday, December 2nd, BELLEZA VENEZOLANA selected randomly 40 semifinalists (20 from Venezuela and 20 from the rest of the world). On sunday, December 3rd. These 40 people will be reduced to only 20 semifinalists (10 from Venezuela and 10 from the rest of the world). On monday december 4th, they will be reduced to 10 and finally, on tueday december 5th, we will know the names of the two winners (one from Venezuela and one from the rest of the world), plus the runner-ups. ESPAÑOL: Estimados lectores: Gracias por haber participado en este singular sorteo del DVD con los mejores momentos del Miss Universo 1952-2006. BELLEZA VENEZOLANA recibió un total de 2154 emails de todas partes del mundo, de ellos, 1912 personas enviaron sus datos en forma completa (1003 venezolanos y 909 de 64 naciones del mundo). Entre esas 1912 personas se efectuó un sorteo en horas del mediodía del sábado 2 de diciembre de 2006 y se seleccionaron los 40 semifinalistas, 20 venezolanos y 20 del resto del mundo. Estas 40 personas continuarán en el certamen y de ellas, serán sorteadas 20 semifinalistas, 10 venezolanos y 10 del resto del mundo, para el día domingo 3 de diciembre. De ellos, sólo 10 seguirán en la contienda tras el sorteo del día lunes 4 de diciembre. Finalmente, el día 5 de diciembre, en horas de la mañana, se conocerá el nombre del ganador nacional, del ganador internacional y los 4 finalistas de ambas categorías.
